// WHAT I FOCUSED ON:

  • Production Strategy: Owned the full digital workflow - from intake and scope to execution and delivery - across projects for a major tech company, Sotheby’s International Realty, Booz Allen, and the Gates Foundation.

  • Tooling Enablement: Introduced Figma to the design/dev pipeline, standardized team processes with Jira + Slack integrations, and improved cross-functional collaboration.

  • Creative Systems: Built internal workflows that saved development hours, clarified roles, and reduced back-and-forth between PMs, creatives, and engineers.

  • Business Growth Support: Partnered with business development to scope, pitch, and close new client projects - and built the internal workflows to support deliver.
