I lead the Digital + Development Teams at VIVA Creative, an interactive agency that produces extraordinary experiences for wide portfolio of Fortune 500 clients. Clientele include: publicly shared ones here and a selection of high profile top tech and travel firms. I also work as an active Digital Producer, creating custom virtual event platforms and integrated digital marketing systems for our clients.

• Project + Client Management: Streamlined a leading tech giant’s custom human resources content and events platform, overseeing client management, leading product management, orchestrating a cross-functional team, and developing a comprehensive toolkit for ongoing hybrid events catering to over 15,000 users.

• Design Process Improvement: Transformed VIVA Creative’s internal design to the development
  process by introducing Figma and organizing cross-team training, resulting in enhanced collaboration on website and email design internally and for clients.
