My client came to me looking for an in-depth audit of their website for their DEI consulting firm. The design needed some refinement and simplification. After some video calls with the client, I went through the entire old site, created a a punch list of recommendations on changes…and even provided beta site to give as the example of new functionality. The client was able to use my recommendations to revise their site for an easier user experience to book more clients.
